As AWEpay is an organisation specialising in sales and marketing services, we shall only be liable towards our payment service providers (“PSPs”) and commissions paid out by our referred PSPs.  

Users who publish personal data of others or information regarding their organization via AWEpay’s website must understand the risks associated with disclosing such information and making it available via the website. AWEpay shall not be held responsible for any damages caused by third-party information or data submitted or published by users, nor for any inappropriate utilization of such information by third parties or other users.In the event of a dispute with another individual or organization, AWEpay is not obligated to mediate or assist in resolving the dispute. By using the website and its services, you hereby release AWEpay from any and all claims, demands, and damages, whether actual or consequential, of every type and nature, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising from such disputes or the use of the website and its services.
